NippleJesus is the monologue of a museum’s guard, who suddenly becomes part of a scandal within the art world. The catalyst is an image of Jesus, which on closer inspection turns out to be a collage out of small nipples. David for whom art has so far been a waste of public money, has to guard the work of art. As former bouncer of a club he takes this task very seriously and gets down to surprising insights into the value of art.

David: Kai Hufnagel, direction: Friedhelm Roth-Lange

The British author Nick Hornby became generally known through his novels High Fidelity and About a Boy. Last autmn his novel Juliet. Naked. Nipple Jesus originally is a short story out of the collection Speaking with the Angel.
